She doesn't want to wear a heavy slogan, and this design delivers something that expresses a quiet aspiration in a cute way.

Nurture is set vertically down the side in English and Japanese. The crane is a Japanese wedding motif that traditionally symbolizes a long and full life. We think it fits the idea of a life lived creating a space for the ones she loves. That charge carries weight in the text it comes from: to nurture children in love and righteousness, held as equal partners between a mother and a father. Set here in English lettering and Japanese Kanji, side by side.
